Hello

Does anyone have some ideas where I could find plans for the current USNS Powhatan class tugs, or even better know if there is a hull available.

May be 'classified' :-X 

Try contacting Donjon Marine in the US; as they own one of them...or used to...

I found a Model builder in Belgium, he build grandios hulls of tugs and more.
