Hi.  Yes she is totally scratch built from plans that were supplied by Moran,along with loads of pictures and they even sent me paint samples,all the way from the states,really kind of them.  She has a 12 volt car battery and 68lbs of ballast with both radars turning at different speeds and working lights. geo

Hi Tug,  she is 55 inches long and has a 16.5 inch beam, she is constructed on 9mm frames with 3mm ply sheeting being a hard chine design she was quite easy to build.
