...as you know, I always wanted to get the kit,.............. if it was'nt such an expensive build!...well, for me anyway :-[

One came up on ebay last summer...on a "buy it now" listing, but it was gone the second day.

I 'almost' bid the $600.00...but hesitated, knowing the work involved with that molding.

Yes I have built one for a client, You probly have seen it on Harbors Models web site under the photos section.

Looks like Harbor Models is having their Invader mold repaired and will offer this kit again soon. It is supposed to be 1/32nd.

They are in negotiations. No guarantees that it will happen, but something to hope for.

Yes, Tugs53, I have built quite a few tugs over the years, many of which I sold, but I still
have and regularly operate a few that I've kept.

Been away from this site for too long. I have one of the Ron B hulls started ( cut, shaft housings  all installed along with deck beams), rudders in and the basic housing done. Like a couple of other models, need to really get back on this one as it was started 10 years ago. Need to get the props, shafts, and motors installed to get myself ambitious to work on her. BTW, building the Hunter.

The Hunter is a great looking tug with lots of power. Looking forward to your build.
