Island Constructor
« on: May 15, 2009, 12:18:45 »
Hello all, the new X-bow vessel  Island Constructor has been in Lerwick for the 1st time that I'm aware of. I got the opportunity to take a few photos on the way into work this morning. Also linked is the Marine AIS site which has some more pics to view.

The island constructor was the first xbow i had ever seen in reality.  Saw her entering aberdeen harbour last summer.  She is huge!

I think the xbow is going to become more and more comon over the next few years....
