The 40 boats were used throughout the US in the 1960s thru 1977 when the majority were scrapped and replaced by the 41ftrs which had more cabin and enclosed pilot house.

Excellent work there Lynn  :) :) Is it a GRP hull ? Do you have anyphotos and info of the insides please ?

Should your Wyeforce be up to the same standard then it will turn out to be a stunning model aswell   ;) ;)

Regards, Dan.
Photos / Information, I nearly have them all !

Wow, thanks to you and all for your kind comments...
I love the work and take pride in doing it well.
The 40ft UTB is from a Dumas Kit  (a set of plans and a box of sticks, really) all wood, plank on bulkhead/frame
here are come pics of the build. May take a couple of posts

Thanks for the photos Lynn  ;) A superbe looking hull  :) Is it R/C or static ?

I love the brass fittings you have used, were they bought or did you make them yourself ? (More questions I know but we are all learning  :D)
