If you're building a Carousel tug; I assume you'll be doing away with the original housework?

Is this a 'Billings' kit?

Here's an idea....why not install a Schottel drive up forward; perhaps a Graupner unit?
Keeping the twin 'Becker' rudder set up aft...she'd be quite the maneuverable unit :) :)

Just an idea.

I no longer have the smit i got it ready to paint & offered a good price so i sold it that way help me fund two new builds a few pictures

john i think wot tugs53 is thinking may be a very good idea & makes it easy to convert the smit if you do it some pictures would be great
