If you're building a Carousel tug; I assume you'll be doing away with the original housework?

Is this a 'Billings' kit?

Here's an idea....why not install a Schottel drive up forward; perhaps a Graupner unit?
Keeping the twin 'Becker' rudder set up aft...she'd be quite the maneuverable unit :) :)

Just an idea.

Hi Tugs  Good idea, do you mean the small shottle?   I will keep the Becker but make the nozzle a little larger.
