Distribution/fuseboard and receiver in place in the salvage hatch and the new steering servo in place under the rope cradle. ESC to fit tomorrow and hopefully all will work OK. So far everything accessible/removeable thru the hatches.

Everything in and it did work first time. Glad thats all over. First pic shows rudder servo and ESC fitted under rope cradle and second pic shows all three hatches full to capacity. Main aim for everything to be easily removeable by undoing a few screws was also achieved. Lake trials next.

Yes please Geo and I will keep my shotgun handy in case I want to shoot myself!!
Mind you the new 2.4 Tx has a battery voltage display for dimbo's like me so I wont have that excuse anymore.  It is good to be able to count the turns of the prop at lowest speed. Dont know if I will make it Weds but definitely week after all being well.

Looks like this is probably the last post in this thread. [Who cheered]. Tested afloat today and what a vast improvement. Absolute control with no need for full ahead to full astern crash stops. Wonderful to just trundle about on tickover. Thanks to all for their input and encouragement throughout.
