OK Chris. looking at the photo the the right prop should spin clockwise....the left one anticlockwise.

Ok the props seem to be going the correct way now, i had the wires the wrong way around on the motor. ;D

But as for the water, tried the tourch there was light from every where, but this was coming through the false bottom?

went out with the tug again motors work now, bow thruster well thats a diffrent story nice an quite one way, the other sounds like a cat stuck in a horn  ;D ;D. OH DEAR.






although it took on a lot off water, not happy cant work out where from. the water was flat, a bit boring for a test really :'(

She sure looks good on the water!!

As for the water coming in...but her in your bathtub.. remove the housework...and run her for a while; while WATCHING what's happening in the bilge.

Sounds to be like your shaft tubes may be lacking sealant; but some observation will tell the story!

My mother did not like it in the bat, lol. Suppose thats the issue with living with parents. Dont think its the shafts they have been greesed, may check them again.

It's a fine looking model, and with some patience and effort, would be a fine runner.

Well this is out my hands, as i have no where to keep it my beedroom floor is not practical my mother said it had to go. I guess thats one off the many pit falls off living with the parents. I started to sell off my boat stuff to fund the restoration now some off that has gone iam told to get rid off the tug.

Yep your right i would be. If my cousion let me keep the tug in his shed i would be happy but he said no. An then asked me to list his smit tug on flebay
