There will be 2 TID 164 in Runcorn , my son is building one but his has got a steam plant driving the prop.

Well Ron, if your son has half the talent that you have it will be a beautiful model.

Well MTM, Im sorry to say I taught him all I know, but now he is twice as good as me.

At the age of 20 he was the youngest person to win the Exide trophy at the Model Engineers in London for his research on a vessel, also got a Silver medel for the build of his SS MOONLIGHT a 1950 Clyde puffer, he,s now 43 and I have rekindeled his building of ships.

It is always good to receive positive feedback from other modellers. I have been working on this model on and off since 2002 after buying the steam plant and hull.  I will keep you all posted on its progress.
