IS THIS BASED ON A REAL TUG IS IT A TUG

Afternoon all
I need a bit of help Identifying this pusher tug if it is a tug
I got it in a deal a few days ago but can not find info for it

British Army Logistics Regiment used to use them to push cargo floats, etc around before they started using powered Mexefloats at Marchwood.

Just remembered that there was an article and free plan about them many years ago in Model Boats. I built one at the time and it went very well when pushing cargo floats about.

i do rember now seeing it in a mag i just was not sure it all way's best to ask
The one i have is built from plastic card  ill pop it in the test tank some time this week
