This is a venting post, Just so Y'all know ahead of time

Well, you'd THINK that when I lost my job due to a massive layoff at the end of April, that I'd have tons of time to continue the tug building. not so much. I have been busier than ever doing sooo many other things, and in the middle of it all a large object fell on the superstructure! It isn't pretty. (I blame the cats) dismayed, I put my multiple decade project aside ONCE AGAIN.
On the plus side, I have a job offer in the works and I am going to possibly meet another forum member in a couple of weeks, out in Washington State, and that might get me re-fired up to kickstart the building.
Finding time to go fishing, build the tug, or rebuild airguns, fire up the ham radios or any other hobby has been near impossible this summer with the job searching and the selling off things to keep afloat. If that's anything like retirement...you can have it!
I think I found more time for my hobbies when I was working overtime!
ok... I'm better now.
