real springer tug plans ?

Looking for real springer tug plans . Push boat..
Buildup a 8x20 . With a 30hp beta marine diesel.

8 feet x 20 feet?

30 HP will move it through the water, but you ain't gonna tow or push much with it.

Talked with beta. They recommended a 16" prop. Told me a 30hp will almost bury it.
Check out the Dutch tugs . Called opduwer or opdrekkers..
Single cylinder hot bulb diesels.  10 to 20 hp.

I've been on a few of the opduwers.  Totally neat little tugs.
Low horsepower . Slow. But they used to push coal barges and whatnot.  All over the canals . And everyone needs to go to the Netherlands.  I had a blast over there.
