« on: January 13, 2016, 11:46:59 »

Here are the specs:

Helicopter outrunner motors 1300kv
Prop Shop 3 blade 2"
7.4 5000 mah lipos
brushless water pump to cool ESC's and motor mounts

Great job! Puts out a nice wave there.
What part of the world are you in? Looks like a nice area to run boats.

Yep, I used photos from both for my build...Here are some final shots. It is my go-to boat. A blast to run and always an attention getter when I pour the coals to it...Video too! Nice and quiet with the outrunners...

Its fun to read all this good stuff about a locale tug here , I think I should get mine together one day soon and join you guys with the fun.
Being self employed now time is harder to find .
The Nellie Irene is only one of a bunch of hulls that I have not completed myself , Yet send the kits all over the place .
Thanks for the comments and likes of the builds.

I'd like to add one to the fleet as well but can't seem to find time to finish the ones I have on the go!

Gary.....if you do the Nellie Irene build, hopefully you'll share it with us here as we can learn from you.

Im fairly new to the hobby and Gary and his products have been very helpful. He's a class act.

Ray,
Your Nellie looks really powerful and fast!  What motors and voltage are you using?

Thanks........Sylvain
