Hooray the prop has finally arrived, after another series of calls and e mails, the latest was last monday when  in the morning I had an e mail stating that the prop was in the finishing stages and would be in the post Monday evening, hey ho got an e mail Monday afternoon saying that they had found a blemish in the prop and do I still want it,as it will take another two weeks to make another, what a farce.
Told them to send a prop ASAP.
Got it this morning nothing wrong with it.

Hi George,

I have noticed your post here and I have also been looking at you recent order.
You are due a partial refund, I have emailed our accounts department to action this.
Someone should be in touch with you in the coming days.
If you would like to make contact about this, please do so.

As you are aware Simon no longer works for us, but with are still on good terms with him and have retained his services as a technical advisor to the company. We have experienced some very fundamental and exasperating problems since his departure. I'm sure you can understand the problems inherent with losing such a valued and long serving member of the team.
the issues we have experienced are settling down now as we are getting to grips with the very steep learning curve we have been on.
we appreciate all our customers and are thankful to those who have hung in there during this period.

yours
Chris

Hello Chris, thank you for posting here on the Forum. Your explaining what
went awry with the "model tug man's" prop order, George, will go a long
way towards your company not loosing its reputation. I know that I was
admiring the beautiful and strong "kort nozzle" prop you sent him for his tug.
Very fine work indeed.

A pleasure to meet you Chris and Welcome Aboard,
Michael

Just looking at two Prop Shop props here that were brought back from one of the recent shows in the UK - they are very nicely done! Hopefully these continue to be produced.
