Hi Ray, no just replaced the flexi pipe on the coupling and put one of the original blue type speed controllers back in as the micro gyro one kept cutting out when under load, and Trevor re painted her with the buff casing and tidied her up a bit,oh and a new battery the old one was no good, she now goes as well as she did when she was first built, Trevor is over the moon with her.

I assumed the size of the Kingston Lacy was 1/32 and wondered why the owner's feet were so small. Must learn to read the small print.

Samsonia hull looks like a modified Slipway "Assurance/Envoy" hull.

Hi tug, I think going by the age of the model that it was made before the Slipway kits came out, it is also shorter and narrower without that lovely nuckle to the flare the the assurance and envoys had. Geo
