Good day at the office

Saw these river tugs on a recent trip to Japan.
Driving these around Osaka looks like a great job.

But not as good a job as the cargo on the barge.

Hi Steve.

I'm off to Japan on Boxing Day so I'll have to prepare myself for more Japanese tug viewing..unfortunately! First stop is Nagasaki this time and it'll be winter time by then! Have to fit it around family and school holidays..I'd prefer summer.

With my good lady here at home being from Japan I get [her] to Google model boats & tug boat stuff in Japanese..

They create some dinky we tugs in Japan.

Hi Simon,
Make sure to take lots of photos of any tugs you see if it's not too cold.
I managed to find some great modelling tools and materials when I was in Japan. Tokyu Hands always has plenty of distractions.
