My first season of tugging over
« on: October 14, 2018, 01:34:48 »
Hi everyone.

My first season of tugging over what have I learnt?
A lot of people are more than happy to offer advice and their time freely. Join a club ( i joined Balne Moor) great bunch of people.
Trail and error is good but people who have years of experience have usually tried and tested things.
As for towing don't be shy give it a go.
I have sold this years tug and purchased a slightly bigger one ready for next year hoping to get some practice in before the season gets fully under way.
Thanks for all who have offered support, advice and time this year.

Hi essexbill

It's  always a good day out at Balne moor , You must have enjoyed it if you decided to buy a bigger tug , (any pictures ).

We find the towing challenging most of the time , mainly due to our lack of experience although the weather has a part to play on a windy day ..
More practice for us as well

Look forward to seeing you next season
