Now theres an idea for Duncans Highland Springer Splash In...

By The Way..."RED OKTOBER" is not mine...It still belongs to Toesupwa in the U.S. of A....
I am only acting as chaperone for the Scottish part of her World Tour...Stavros is currently in charge of her as she visits North Wales this weekend, Then back to me for Duncans Doo in tHe Highlands...Then Blackpool in October. Then...Any Suggestions for further visits to shows...

120 days since last post in this thread Oh Oh...time for an up-date.  The wonderin` tyke (it is Burns year) Red Oktober has escaped from the UK and is now en route ...wait for it, in la belle France.  Being a submarine, Red took a dive in the U-boat pens at Brest and liked it so much is going to try for another one or two on the Atlantic coast. Might have a rest in sunny Spain and has an appointment within the Arctic Circle. Any volunteers between Normandy and Norway who would like to participate in this little adventure let me know. Videos will be added to Red O`s own channel on youtube as it procedes round the world (we hope). The idea is like "By Any Means" or "Long Way Down" TV programmes except no funding from anybody like BBC.  Thanks to my one and only fan (tugs53)  for letting you know about MacSpringer`s vids on youtube.  The ice-breaking ones were fun to make.   BTW the "Umi launch" clip was one of Norry`s f/g hulls, the only one strong enough to be filled with bricks to make sure it went down in a "one-er". Four take before the published one, tough old hull, ta much Norry.  Check Umi`s classic launch on her vid to see it done par excellance...oops went all French again !

So good to hear from you again :) :) :) :)
Love the 'slow motion' effect.
Bit too much weight up front perhaps.

Thanks for posting the video!!

dumbplum:
